We appreciate your business. So that we can best serve all our clients, please be advised of these policies.

ARRIVAL TIME

Please arrive on time for  your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you  will still  be charged the full cost of the service.

The State of Washington has determined the minimum policies and procedures that both you and I must follow:

  • You must self-screen for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 before arriving;

  • Do not bring other guests with you, unless it is child younger than 16 for an appointment, but even then please notify me ahead of your appointment;

  • Once you arrive, notify me via call, email or text that you have arrived for your appointment, and are waiting for instructions to enter;

  • You should put on a facemask prior to leaving your vehicle, if you do not have a mask please notify me and I will provide one;

  • Upon arrival, I will take your temperature using a touch-free thermometer;

  • When you enter, please sanitize or wash your hands for at least 20 seconds prior to starting the service;

  • Prior to the service, please fill out and sign the COVID-19 Information & Liability Waiver;

  • I will wear a clean cape or gown, as well as providing each client with a clean sheet for the service;

  • Payments for service should be through credit or debit cards or a touchless system to reduce the handling of cash.

CHANGING YOUR APPOINTMENT

24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment, except in cases of contagious illness as described below. You will be responsible for fifty percent of the cost of service for late cancellations or rescheduling.

SICKNESS OR FAMILY EMERGENCY

If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. There is no penalty or timeframe required in this case, for your safety and that of other clients.

COVID-19 symptoms

If, prior to your appointment, you have experienced any of the following, please contact me to cancel your appointment (without incurring any cancelation fees):

  • a fever in the last 24 hours of 100°F or above;

  • any respiratory or flu symptoms, sore throat, or shortness of breath;

  • contact with anyone in the last 14 days who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or has coronavirus-type symptoms.
